Yes. We can make items in your wanted colors, size, and design. So if you want something unique and custom-made for you - write us a message. We are always excited to create something new!

All of our products are made to order and we try our best to
fill orders in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of our work, so
please allow us two week period or less (custom orders 2-3 weeks) for making
the product. However, if you had placed an order consisting of items with
different color finishes or different designs, the production time can be
longer and it can take 3-4 weeks to make the whole order.

Usually, shipping takes about 2-3 weeks, however, shipping
time can take longer due to holiday periods, global pandemics, and other factors such as hurricanes and so on. In addition, the shipping time may be longer if your location is further from the main cities. Also, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

It depends on your project and items used, but usually, all that it takes is a power drill and a level tool. The brackets should be installed to stud or brick wall when mounting. Not mounting correctly could result in failure and damage. If you are unsure of how to properly install them, please consult with a builder as each installation is different. Please note that we are only providing the supplies for your project and we are not hold responsible for any damage to walls, drywalls, or items due to incorrect shelving installation.

We always try our best to facilitate you, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP or within 3-4 days since order has been placed. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us with 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there might be nothing we can do. In any case - contact us and we will see what can do to help to direct the order to the right address.

We work hard to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us in advance and we will do everything we can to try and resolve it for you.

All of our products are made and powder coated by our hands and sent to you from our home in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Orders are generally dispatched within 10-14 days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you.

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
