Refund policy
We work hard to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, and want to begin a return process, please contact us within 14 days after delivery and we will do everything we can to try and resolve it for you. However, some exceptions and rules apply to our return & refund policy, so please acknowledge the following terms and conditions that apply:
Refunds & Returns
All of our items are made to order, and it is not easy to re-sell them. Because of that, a 30% re-stocking fee is applied on all returns. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The ordered items must be returned undamaged, in unused condition, in the original packaging, and must include the tracking number for the shipment.
Once we will receive the products back a partial money refund will be granted with the 30% restocking fee, together with the original shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
Items that are returned by the post office or delivery company because they were refused by the recipient, had a wrong shipping address provided, were undeliverable, or were unclaimed, will have the original shipping costs and the 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount as well. Items can be reshipped, but it will require the buyer to pay the re-shipment fee.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt, and only after the inspection is complete, the calculated refund balance will be issued. The money will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders (custom products or products with custom sizes and/or colors), items on sale, and items with free shipping are not subject to refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve the arisen situation.
