Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Colorful Home Decor. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing time

The production time of our made products varies, but mostly, the production time takes about two weeks for products, and 2-3 weeks for custom orders. You can see the production time of specific items in the product description. If you had placed an order consisting of items with different color finishes or different designs, the production time will be longer and it can take 3-4 weeks to make the whole order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there would be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If there is a certain date you need to receive the items, please specify it. If you will not provide a certain deadline (if there is one) and if the order would not reach you by the needed time (which was not specified), we would not be responsible for it.

Shipping processing time

Shipping time can take longer due of holiday periods, global pandemic, and other factors (such as hurricanes, and so on). In addition, the shipping time may be longer if your location is further from the main cities. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment

Colorful Home Decor ships to all countries worldwide. Placed orders will be shipped to the address which is specified on the site, so please double check your address before placing an order. If you placed an order and it needs to be shipped to other address - please specify it within 48 hours after placing an order.

Combined shipping is unavailable because most of the products are heavy and the shipping costs depend on the real weight and not parcel count.

We ask you to include your mobile phone number in the „ORDER NOTE" box or in a separate message, so that the delivery courier could contact you regarding any matter about the delivery of your order.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order would be shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Colorful Home Decor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs administration fees, etc.).

Damages

Colorful Home Decor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All products go through final inspection before it is packaged and shipped. However, it can happen that items get damaged during shipment. If you received an item that is damaged or chipped be sure to check all items for marks and scratches and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Even though we are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we will do our best to help and solve the situation properly, so please save all of packaging materials and damaged goods, message us, and provide photos of items and shipping box. This way we will be able to file a claim from our side if needed, and solve the issue faster.
